Our client, a boutique law firm founded by leading litigators who were previously Partners at DLA Piper and Morgan Lewis, seeks a Trial Associate Attorney to join its tightly knit team, with a target start date in early 2025. The firm handles extremely high stakes matters (reaching 8 and 9 figure settlements), represents high profile celebrities, and goes up against Fortune 100 companies, winning on behalf of their clients. The firm offers reasonable billable hours (1800), hybrid work arrangements (although in office collaboration is valued), and extremely competitive compensation. This is an excellent opportunity for mentorship, growth and development. An Associate recently became Partner this year, and they seek a team member who aspires for long-term growth with the firm.
Base DOE, $250-350k + bonus based on high value settlements.
